betsafe becomes official gaming partner of cage warriors
Betsafe is now the official gaming partner of Cage Warriors. The two-year deal with Europe’s leading and longest-running mixed martial arts promotion will kick-off tomorrow at the much anticipated Cage Warriors 82 event at the Echo Arena in Liverpool.
“We love MMA here at Betsafe, and working with Cage Warriors was a natural fit.” says Nicola Fitton, Managing Director of Betsafe.
Betsafe is no stranger to the Cage Warriors promotion, as brand ambassadors Mohsen Bahari and Kenneth Bergh are already prominent figures in the organization.
Bahari, a former Cage Warriors welterweight title challenger, has a nine win and three loss record and will bring with him the momentum of a impressive first round submission at CWFC 28 in September. “The Professor” is also head MMA coach at the famed Frontline Academy in Oslo.
Bergh is seen as the future of the light heavyweight division. The hulking grappler is undefeated in his five professional bouts, stopping all of his opponents within three minutes. The 27-year-old is also out of famed Oslo gym and set to return to the Cage Warriors cage on June 2nd at CWFC 84.
MMA fans will be able to bet on all Cage Warriors events via Betsafe’s industry-leading iOS or Android app. In addition, Betsafe will be working to create fan-friendly fighter content and launch in-arena activities.
Casimir Knight, CEO of Cage Warriors, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Betsafe to the Cage Warriors family. Their wealth of experience in the betting and gaming field, plus their undoubted love of MMA, made them the ideal gaming sponsor for us and we look forward to a long and successful partnership in the months and years ahead.”
